Talkiatry review 2026 for around 8 months now and honestly it's been really positive overall - at first I felt unsure about telehealth psychiatry but my psychiatrist through their platform is fantastic for managing my ADHD medication and the Healow app functions well most of the time, though I experienced some billing issues with Medicare initially where out of pocket costs were pricier than anticipated but their billing team resolved it quickly - looking at Talkiatry reviews from this year seems like most patients agree it's legit and worth the investment especially for ADHD medication management since finding a good psychiatrist can be so difficult traditionally, definitely suggest if you're having trouble accessing medication management and benefits covers telehealth.
